1. Game-Changer: Shepard Fairey

With over 70 public murals worldwide, Shepard Fairey’s work is instantly recognisable. An iconic American street artist known for the Barack Obama HOPE campaign and this year’s ‘We The People’ initiative, Fairey will lend his voice to sharing his experiences delving into street culture and blurring design and art to create strong social statements. Headlining the Game-Change series, Fairey will mentor audiences with his do-it-yourself attitude and reveal inspirations behind his famed street arts.

2. Stories For Impact - Smartphone Filmmaking Workshop

3. Pitch the Future

Ever fancied taking a seat at Shark Tank’s judge's table? Here’s your chance. The Pitch The Future event on 1 June caps off Vibewire’s 90-day program of social, creative and technology innovation. Watch as five of Sydney’s most creative social entrepreneurs battle it out by pitching their projects to audiences, here’s the clincher, in a record 3 minutes. Based on their pitch, audiences then vote for the entrepreneur they wish to support. No pressure right?

4. Cause & Effect: Artists for Social Change Exhibition

As part of Vivid Sydney Ideas 2017, Carnival of the Bold and MLC Gallery invite you to immerse yourself in expressions Australia’s most pivitol social issues in ‘Cause & Effect’, a two-week visual exhibition featuring the work of six artists. Depicting visual representations of war & conflict, environmental destruction and racism, the aim of the exhibition is to shine a light on marginalized groups and prompt crows to engage in conversations that hopefully spark powerful social change.

The exhibition kicks off with a launch night unveiling the work, and ends with a forum – join the conversation with an open invite to both.

5. sARTorial: Family Friendly Fun Where Digital Art Meets Fashion, Sound & Technology
