Start your weekend with an indulgent and relaxing twist on brunch as we introduce The Cortile’s latest addition to it's culinary library. Brunch at The Cortile welcomes a luxurious start to the morning  as you indulge in a magnificent line-up of traditional favourites and contemporary twists, featuring house-made specialties, fresh ingredients and the little extras that count, like Mimosas, Bloody Marys and French Champagne*.

Conceptually led by Head Pastry Chef, Simon Veauvy, Brunch at The Cortile draws inspiration from its ancient origins while integrating fresh, new dishes to create a truly unique dining experience.  The buffet begins with  a glass of sparkling upon arrival, and offers a spread of sweet and savoury temptations including homemade ricotta pancakes, Belgium waffles, rhubarb meringue tarts, homestyle vegetable quiche, cheese and charcuterie, an extensive bread station and of course free range eggs made-to-order – just to name a few!

Perfect for those who enjoy a late start, Brunch at The Cortile is available from 16 September on Saturdays and Sundays from 10.30am to 12.15pm.
