Inspired by the warmth and texture of winter produce, our very own Head of Pastry, Simon Veauvy, has created a menu infused with warm chocolate, caramel, roasted fruits, meringue, praline cream and crème brûlée scattered throughout the menu's design. The chef's pick? The hazelnut praline choux is must-try with its rich elements and homemade praline crunch.
With theatre at the heart of high tea, your ritual is complete as you move through the elaborate three-tired stands of sweets and savouries with expert pairing to the extensive Ronnefeldt tea library.

Weekend High Tea Buffet
Saturday & Sunday from 1pm – 2:30pm and 3pm – 4:30pm.
