High Tea

Sydney's favourite high tea experience is now bursting with the refreshing hues of spring flavour for an uplifting seasonal menu. 

Influenced by the warming weather and changing textures of spring produce, our very own Head of Pastry, Simon Veauvy, has created a menu filled with citrus, meringue, crisp chocolate, praline cream and crème brûlée scattered throughout the menu's design. The chef's pick? The hazelnut praline choux is a must-try with its homemade praline crunch. 

With tradition at the heart of high tea, your ritual is complete as you move through the elaborate three-tiered stands of sweets and savouries expertly paired to the extensive Ronnefeldt tea library.

Surrounded by the inviting ambiance of The Cortile with its sandstone arches, soaring atrium and unique heritage, rediscover the magic of celebration with InterContinental Sydney.

Monday to Friday from 11am – 4pm.

$60 per person includes a glass of sparkling wine.

$75 per person includes a glass of Champagne.

$30 per child (5 - 12 years).
