Savour the produce of land and sea with a sublime experience filled with Blue swimmer crabs, Balmain bugs, salmon sashimi, mussels, oysters, prawns and more at our new Deluxe Buffet.* Indulge in succulent gourmet roasts cooked to perfection, teamed with seven sensational seasonal salads, an artisanal antipasto spread of dips, cured meats and international cheeses. Then, take a culinary journey to Asia with an array of vegetarian noodles, gow gee, dumpling soup and more. With over 16 hot dishes, from pumpkin canneloni to butter chicken, there's a flavour to please every palate. Finish with a visit to the dessert bar - complete with a chocolate fountain - for your fill of cakes, tarts, and sweets.
