Experience a remarkable blend of art and pastry with the limited edition InterContinental High Tea: Haut Pâtisserie.

Designed to celebrate the milestone of opening our 200th InterContinental Hotels & Resort across the globe, this unique and beautiful high tea has been crafted by our Pastry Chefs and is inspired by contemporary artist Alexander Hall, also known under the alias Haut de Gamme. Haut de Gamme recently created an awe-inspring art installation featuring 200 Champagne bottles, each hand-painted to reflect individual InterContinental hotels.

Indulge in edible and Champagne-infused art, with macarons embellished in Haut de Gamme’s iconic drip-style artistry. Savour the experience with a glass of G.H. Mumm, included with every high tea.
