117 dining is passionately dedicated to bringing the best from the land and sea, inspired by Sydney’s heritage, multiculturalism and metropolitan life.

The understated cuisine focuses not only on the high quality local seafood and livestock but also the extraordinary bounty of Asian influences that has taken root here. We complement our simple understated cuisine with local farm fresh produce that has been carefully grown from local farmers.

Tamas Pamer and Constantin Kautz, supported by a young and energetic team, are continually evolving yet remain connected to their childhood experiences by bringing playful elements to their dishes.

The origin of the food – where it’s from and how it’s grown – remains to be the focus to the continually evolving menu which includes nutrition‐rich ingredients in dishes such as grain fed chicken cooked in shaoxing wine, rangers valley black angus striploin grilled over charcoal, john dory grilled in sake and wakame butter, cauliflower cooked in beurre noisette and grilled white pyrenees lamb loin.
